Pub Manager Fined £18000 for not Completing a Fire Risk Assessment

Following a fire at a hotel in Lancashire, managing director Dennis Brunt was fined £18000 and ordered to pay costs of £1750 after the blaze at the Royal Hotel in Waterfoot.
